Your cake was an overwhelming success! Everyone loved the look of the cake but it was even better when we tasted it and it was so delicious. Kelly thought it was so great that UVA and UMASS were incorporated but then she saw the beer pong and loved it! It was great!!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful job you did for my parents' anniversary cake. It was absolutely delightful. It was exactly how I had envisioned it to be. The cake tasted as good as it looked, it was so fresh and delicious. Your suggestion to make the two layers different flavors was perfect. I'm so glad we did that. You did an amazing job! Our guests were constantly commenting on the wonderful icing---"not like that stuff made with Crisco that you usually get". You came up with an absolutely beautiful cake, so appropriate for the season with the snowflakes on some layers and the red,sugar ribbon on top of the greenery was certainly an attention getter!We could not have been more pleased and the combination of the lemon cream cheese icing with the cake inside could not have been better. Lemon cake with a layer of raspberry and a layer of lemon. Fantastic!!. We finished the last of it Friday--six days after the wedding--and it was as moist as if it had been made that day.In the future, this may become the birthday cake of choice for our family.
